Deal With Anxiety to Overcome Anxiety Attacks.
Some of us reading this may already be full of anxiety and stress and need to learn how to deal with anxiety before it becomes full blown and we experience an actual panic attack.
A full-blown attack will hit you like a heart attack leaving you drained and physically and mentally hurting, it may not have the potential to kill you like a heart attack but it is every bit as unpleasant and without doubt something that no one wants to have to deal with.
One of the biggest problems is of course the fact that our stress and anxiety can of course lead to a an anxiety attack in that self fulfilling way.
The very fear of such an attack could in fact be the actual cause of an attack, I guess it’s a bit like some of those time travel science fiction stories when it turns out trying to go back and stop an event from ever occurring was actually the cause of the event.
This catch 22 is a major problem for most of us, we must quickly learn to deal with anxiety naturally,if not it could lead to actions and decisions which impact in a very negative way on our lives thus just making it even worse.

So do you deal with anxiety? how do we avoid having panic attacks, how do we deal with anxiety, what are the remedies? Firstly we need to seek professional help and make sure we have discussed our issues with a medical practitioner.
We need to make sure that we are facing up to our anxiety and recognizing that it has become a problem. We need to look at when we feel we are in circumstances or situations which cause us sever anxiety and could lead to an attack. This is not always easy as the actual cause may have been triggered some time ago and it is the steady build up that is causing problems.
How to Deal With Anxiety Attacks
It is not always possible to deal with anxiety by just avoiding those situations and circumstances which cause us the problem. What if the problem is work? We need to earn and we need to work so we need to fit a better and more solid solution than avoidance.
If it is a work based situation then we have to look at how to deal with anxiety attacks what steps we can take to either remove the problem or remove our self from the problem area.
It may require that we build confidence so as to be able to tackle the problem, or perhaps the remedies lie with us tackling an individual. If it is a work friend who is causing the issues we should speak to HR or the boss and explain just how we feel and ask for support to deal with this unnecessary situation. If it is the boss who is the problem perhaps we need to look for a new position, not easy to find work at the moment but it is always said that it is easier to go from one job to another as trying to get a job when you have none. Also it is better to deal with anxiety and stress before it becomes so bad we cannot work at all,
Certainly we need to get support we cannot deal with anxiety or full blown panic attacks on our own, if we have no one we know we can turn to we must ask our medical advisor for local support groups where we can get support. We must also consider how we build our confidence and how we move forward by engaging in positive treatment, doing nothing really is not an option.
If we really want to know how to deal with anxiety we must know our self and accept that we cannot do it alone we must identify the symptoms and we need support and we need to positively engage in treatments.
